Employee Training & Development
All new employees are partnered with an experienced installer and follow a detailed training program to be sure they are trained in all aspects of fixture installation.
Your project will be managed by Thompson Fixture Installation employees and not be “outsourced” or sub-contracted to daily or temporary labor. This ensures you receive the highest level of installation expertise.
Licensed General Contractors
Thompson Fixture Installation is a Class A Licensed general contracting company and can complete any required on-site construction required to install your fixtures and signage as necessary.
TFI will remove and recycle wherever we can, approximately 75% of the materials in your old fixtures.
